Before reporting a problem

Confirm that the selected model provider is connected and the chosen model supports tools.
Check that Ox has the iOS permission needed for the action you requested.
Open Settings in Ox and export the relevant on-device logs if a maintainer asks for them.

Your data

Ox stores profiles on your device, in iCloud Drive, or in a Files folder you choose. Provider and service credentials are kept in the iOS Keychain. Read the privacy policy for details.

Delete or reset data

You can delete chats, artifacts, skills, and profiles inside Ox. You can remove provider credentials by signing out or clearing the provider key in Settings. Deleting the app removes its local container; iCloud or externally stored profiles remain under your control in Files.
